What began as a simple scrimmage for hoopers and newcomers has blossomed into a thriving community focused on basketball and personal growth.
SWR now proudly fields its own men's basketball team, competing in the Metropolitan London Local League, where we showcase our talent and teamwork on a larger platform.
But our mission goes beyond the court; we are committed to making a positive impact in our community.
Through partnerships with local organisation in East Merton, we aim to inspire and empower future generations using the game we love. This includes hosting tournaments, offering free weekly basketball sessions, and creating valuable opportunities for young athletes to excel.
